His works, executed with exceptional skill, combine delicacy and power. He was among the first to obtain a U.S. hygiene license, leading Japan's tattoo scene. To this day, he continues to run at the forefront of the scene, embodying the spirit of “GROW OR DIE.

Born in New York to Japanese parents, raised in Taiwan. Moved to Southern California to study art, encountered the first-generation Shōgan while exploring his future path, trained under him, and became part of his school. Influenced by childhood experiences with ceramics, illustration, video art, and the composition and worldview of ukiyo-e, he established his unique style of custom Japanese tattooing. He has participated in conventions across Japan, North America, South America, Europe, and Asia, winning multiple awards including Best Japanese and Best Back.
